Advisory Circulars are in addition to Federal Aviation Regulations; they help define and provide detail guidance on aviation infrastructure. Several AC's directly affect the day to day operations of an Airport as well as the Design, Development and Planning of an airport.
The following link takes you to the FAA AC Website. This database is a searchable repository of all aviation safety Advisory Circulars (ACs). You can look at the most current ACs by their AC Number, or Regulatory Part Number (CFR, CAR...). It is also possible to view historical AC information to see old or cancelled ACs. For each AC, you can view a pdf copy.
